Né d'une profonde amitié entre Thibaut Garcia et Antoine Morinière, cet album combine virtuosité et sensibilité poétique pour offrir une nouvelle approche des Variations Golberg de J.S. Bach. L'arrangement, pensé pour adapter le travail du clavier pour deux guitares tout en préservant l'illusion d'un seul artiste, a été imaginé par Thibaut Garcia et Antoine Morinière eux-mêmes.

Cet album est le fruit d'un processus créatif dans lequel les artistes se sont pleinement engagés; de deux guitares jumelles taillées dans le même arbre, en passant par une retraite à l'abbaye de Solesmes dans le but de mieux comprendre la spiritualité de Bach.
